Talk: Alteration

I'm not familiar with 2nd edition magic, but isn't alteration the same as transmutation? Should the pages be merged, with Alteration becoming redirect to Transmutation? — BadCatMan (talk) 11:26, March 24, 2014 (UTC)

I believe this is true. I'll check to be sure when I get home. The redirect is fine, but I'd rather not change the categories of 1st and 2nd edition spells. Sounds like an application for the union of two categories :) —Moviesign (talk) 16:25, March 24, 2014 (UTC)

I agree that we should merge. I also agree that we should leave the 2e categorizations in the infoboxes.
