Kris and friends did not create Black Knight's Realm. It was created by Van Vangor, and was run on the UFL (University of Florida) computers. Kris came to BK as an area maker, and when BK was shut down, Van gave him the BK code and permission to use it. He combined that with select parts of Copper 2 code, and created SojournMUD.
