Tevish Malacont was a member of Cult of the Dragon in the Vast before 1489 DR.

Tevish believed that Throstulgrael had killed him and he was being punished for his life of evil.
History[]
Tevish was a cultist in the Flooded Forest where he was kidnapped by the black dragon Throstulgrael. He was transported to the dragon's new lair in Twilight Marsh and heavily tortured. There, totally insane, he was found by an adventuring party sent to recover some items from the dragon's lair.[1]
