Tulmon is a settlement in the Lake of Steam area. In 1372 DR, its population was around 25,000 and was ruled by the sorcerer Arkanuirr Tchallem. Most of the buildings in the city were constructed of stone. Crypt City, part of the original city of Tulmon, is located nearby, and in 1372 DR was used by the criminal underworld, despite being inhabited by undead. The inhabitants of the city distrust foreign wizards and sorcerers.[1]
