[edit] Tests for edition required

Recently it was brought to my attention that it makes no sense to require an edition to be given along with a reference unless (a) the book has more than one edition and (b) the reference cites a specific page. I have attempted to accommodate this on the citation template for R. A. Salvatore's The Orc King.

• Without page number or edition: R.A. Salvatore (July 2008). The Orc King (Mass Market Paperback). Wizards of the Coast. ISBN 978-0786950461.
• With page number, without edition: Warning: edition not specified for The Orc King
• With page number and edition: R.A. Salvatore (October 2007). The Orc King (Hardcover), p. 56. Wizards of the Coast. ISBN 0-7869-4340-8.
