Weather stasis was an abjuration spell that preserved the weather conditions in a given area for a few hours.[1]

The area of effect for this spell was a cube whose sides were of length 10 ft (3.1 m) times the level of the caster. Inside this volume, the prevailing weather conditions remained constant regardless of changes in the surrounding area. Normal or magical changes in the weather did not occur within the protected area, even with the rising or setting of the sun.

A drop of rain was required to cast this spell, along with verbal and somatic components and the priest's holy symbol.
