Xúl-Jarak, also called The Gray Citadel because of its gray ashen walls, is a fortress that has long been in disrepair. It is situated two days ride north of Melvaunt along the road to Glister, in the realm of Thar. It sits atop a 20' (7.1m) high barren crag, and raises another two stories of fortifactions. The four levels of dungeons beneath the fortress has an entrance to the Underdark. Within the dungeons is King Kursk One-Tusk the Merciless' crypt.
