Yuminoi Bowida was a Roju representative in Fochu in Wa around 1357 DR.[1]

Yuminoi was sent from Uwaji by the Roju in Fochu to survey possible activity of followers of Chauntea in the area since daimyo Bokika Hokio was known to sympathized for them. Bowida love his job, especially possibility to execute suspect peasants taking advantage of his kirsute gome privilege. Often he manufactured evidence against people. All in the area hated Yuminoi and his men.[1]
