Zinjir al-Muqi, also known as the Twelvefold Master or the Shackle-breaker, was a wizard from Hiyal in 1367 DR.[note 1][1]
Activities
Zinjir was able to overcome the powerful magic used upon holy slayers designed to keep them from breaking their oaths of silence.[1]
